Friend,

National Taxpayers Union is up on Capitol Hill meeting with your
representatives on your behalf.

They know who we are. They use our research and data to make decisions. They
call us to testify as fiscally responsible, tax policy experts. They take our
meetings as we lobby for good tax policy and the like.

We know it’s important for Congress to know where they stand in defending the
taxpayer…

Every year, the National Taxpayers Union rates every member of Congress their
actual votes —every vote that affects taxes, spending, and debt. Our only
constituency is the overburdened American taxpayer.

This is one way NTU helps you know who is on your side and helps you hold
those representatives accountable.

I am Al Canata, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at the National
Taxpayers Union. Our mission is to achieve favorable, pro-taxpayer policy
outcomes using the most effective team on Capitol Hill and in the states.

The National Taxpayers Union is the “Voice of America’s Taxpayers,” and we
are using that voice to hold Congress accountable for its fiscal
irresponsibility.

Your generous support makes it all possible. Please click below to show your

National Taxpayers Union is reminding members of Congress that they have a
responsibility to the taxpayers.

The Taxpayer Score measures the strength of support a member of Congress has
for reducing wasteful government spending, opposing higher taxes, and often
opposing burdensome regulations that can stifle U.S. economic growth.

Each score can range between zero and 100. NTU doesn’t expect any
representative to score 100,which is why we grade on a curve, but in general, a
higher score is better because it means a member of Congress voted to spend
less money.

The Taxpayer Score is both the fairest and most accurate guide available on
congressional spending and the easiest for taxpayers to understand.

We know putting public pressure on lawmakers to support pro-taxpayer policies
is one of the best ways to support our lobbying efforts on Capitol Hill.

This is how the National Taxpayers Union is empowering taxpayers to hold
their representatives accountable.

Please don’t sit back and let members of Congress continue to fail taxpayers.
