we are still awaiting a decision from the U.S. Supreme Court in our case challenging Louisiana's deceptive clinic shutdown law. As we continue to monitor the Court’s activities, we are busy preparing to ensure we are ready no matter what the Court rules.

This Louisiana law is a thinly veiled attempt to shut down the state’s few remaining clinics and push abortion access further out of reach for the thousands of people in and around the state who seek care each year. For many, abortion care could become completely inaccessible.
