In others, it may look like community-driven group classes, trainings, or workshops. For children in conflict zones, mental health care can be as simple - and powerful - as art therapy or a playroom, offering a safe space for expression, play, and emotional processing.

During extreme events like conflict and disaster, the risk of mental health challenges increases.
