Over the weekend, Charlie Kirk posted on X that his organization Turning Point USA (TPUSA) -- one of the largest conservative youth organizations in America -- has been added to the SPLC's discredited "Hate Map."

Simply because TPUSA affirms biblical values on marriage, gender, and sexuality.

Now, a mainstream conservative group that champions free speech and traditional values among America's youth is being smeared alongside neo-Nazis and the KKK.

The SPLC has spent years defaming Christian and conservative groups -- including Family Research Council.

In 2012, a gunman stormed our Washington, D.C. office with the intent to kill, citing the SPLC's false "hate group" designation as his motive.

The only "offense" FRC committed? Believing marriage is between one man and one woman.

The Left only dispatches their discredited hit squad, the SPLC, when they are helpless to stand up to the truth you share. SPLC has been targeting FRC for nearly 15 years and we are still standing!

Not only has the SPLC incited violence as a result of their "hate map," but they've also been used as a "resource" on extremist groups by our own government officials as they are making policy decisions on behalf of the American people.

As a result of their influence, parents' rights groups have been labelled as "extremist," conservative groups have been debanked, and more!

That's why Family Research Council is leading a petition demanding the U.S. Department of Justice to cut all ties with the SPLC and investigate its documented role in attempting to silence political opponents under previous administrations.

Turning Point USA may be their latest target -- but with your help, they could be the last.

Elon Musk even replied to Charlie Kirk's X post stating that the "SPLC is a scam organization."

Clearly, with this new administration, we have a unique opportunity to remove the SPLC's tentacles from influencing our government and weaponizing it against people of faith once and for all.

Will you add your name now to FRC's petition to Attorney General Pam Bondi and join us in standing up for believers across the country against the SPLC?

We, the undersigned, urge the U.S. Department of Justice to immediately sever all ties with the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) and formally renounce its influence on federal law enforcement and public policy decisions. The SPLC is a Leftist aligned organization that has a long and well-documented history of smearing faith-based organizations, mischaracterizing mainstream Christian and conservative groups as "hate groups," and inciting division and violence in our country.

Furthermore, we call on the DOJ to investigate the SPLC's documented role in influencing federal agencies under previous administrations, including its contributions to domestic terrorism threat assessments and its coordination with government entities to silence political opponents. The American people deserve transparency and accountability to ensure that extremist organizations are not weaponized against citizens of faith.

We respectfully request that your office take immediate steps to protect religious liberty, uphold the integrity of the DOJ, and prevent further abuse of federal power.
