I got into this race because this district is my home and I couldn’t stand by another moment and watch my friends, my family, and my neighbors continue to struggle.

Friend, I’m so proud of what we’ve accomplished together, but our work here is not done. Even though it’s clear now that I will not be moving onto the general election -- it doesn’t mean our people-powered movement ends here.

We cannot sit by and stay silent -- we must spring into action. That’s why I’m fully getting behind Carolyn Bourdeaux as she moves onto the general election to flip GA-07 once and for all. In 2018, she was 433 votes away from flipping my district and I have no doubt that with us on her side, she’ll finish the job.

But, Carolyn’s going to need our help. She’s running against Rich McCormick who is a Trump extremist who stands for everything you and I are against -- including taking away healthcare from people with pre-existing conditions.

Long story short: McCormick’s not a fit for my district and I’ll do everything in my power to make sure we defeat him. Will you chip in to help Carolyn Bourdeaux’s campaign defeat him?
