Earlier this month, Trump signed an executive order to defund NPR and PBS — but they’re fighting back. Just this week, the nonprofit corporation behind NPR and PBS filed a lawsuit against Trump’s administration, highlighting Trump’s clear attack as a violation of their free speech.

Elon Musk is leaving DOGE after a corrupt, unconstitutional run, but he says the faux department will continue. DOGE does not have congressional authority, yet Musk’s actions have resulted in thousands of federal employees losing their jobs, threats to benefits for our veterans and attacks on Social Security services. We need to keep protesting and speaking out against this constitutional overreach.

And unprecedented access?

A federal judge gave four DOGE employees permission to access the Bureau of the Fiscal Service, which ABC News describes as “the checkbook for the federal government.” Even without Musk, DOGE is moving full speed ahead in their efforts to control our personal information.
