Funded by Relief Resources, a New York City-based nonprofit that describes itself as “dedicated to supporting the international Jewish community in overcoming the broad range of conditions related to mental illness," Fetterman’s three-day Israel vacation cost over $36,000 and included first class flights to Israel and stays in five-star hotels in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.
Whilst in Israel, Fetterman met with war criminal and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who gave Fetterman a silver beeper to commemorate Israel’s terrorist attack in Lebanon, which killed dozens of innocent civilians and was condemned by the United Nations as a “terrifying violation of international law.”
These types of lavish all expense-paid trips to Israel for members of Congress isn’t something new. It’s a favored tactic of AIPAC who have spent millions on these types of trips over the past decade:
