Dinner & Program: 7:00 PM

Parking Information

Valet Parking: $50 per vehicle.

Available at the Hard Rock Tower Hotel Entrance (recommended for those needing drop-off service).

Self Parking: The Seminole Garage. It provides the most direct access to the Grand Ballroom and event check-in.

Clear signage will guide you to the ballroom from the garage.

Seminole Garage Directions: 

• Arrive on property via 1 Seminole Way (Main hotel entrance),
• Stay in the middle lane and proceed past the Hard Rock Tower Valet (2nd valet drop off)
• The Seminole Garage will be straight ahead of you. 
• Park on the 3rd or 4th floors (4th floor is uncovered). 
• Take elevators (on the north side) down to level 1/Casino floor.  
• Go through the glass doors into the Casino
• Make a left by Kuro Restaurant
• Stay on the left past the Pop Up Rock Store and the Food Court. 
• Overhead digital signage can also guide you to towards the Ballrooms / Meeting space.

Handicapped Parking: ADA-accessible parking is available in all parking garages, including Seminole. 

We suggest arriving early to allow time for parking, check-in, and exploring the venue. This evening promises inspiring speeches, fellowship, and a powerful message about the future of our democracy.

Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett (D-TX)

Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) is a longtime vocal advocate for protecting the civil liberties for people in underrepresented communities. As a public defender, civil rights attorney, State Representative, and United States Congresswoman, Jasmine Crockett dedicates her life to public service with the goal of serving justice and ensuring equality for all. 

Congresswoman Crockett was elected in 2022 and serves as the Vice Ranking Member of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform and the Ranking Member of the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Oversight. She also serves on the House Judiciary Committee and the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform and was appointed as Communications Task Force Co-Chair for the Democratic Women's Caucus.

The Broward Democratic Party is an all volunteer run and self-funded organization. The Obama Roosevelt Gala is the Broward Democrats' PREMIERE fundraising event. Your generous donation will be used for our Get-Out-The-Vote, voter registration programs, and to help elect Democrats from local level on up. 

In 2024 the Broward Democrats’ were able to achieve a historic 80% turnout amongst registered democrats in the November elections!! Thanks to our many volunteers' tireless work to help us keep our country free, the Broward Democrats:

• Called 88,154 democrats
• Knocked on 26,260 doors
• Recruited 1,987 volunteers who completed at least one shift
• Organized 587 Vote-By-Mail, Voter Registration events
• held 102 phone banks (3 per week)
• Hosted 45 Open Houses and Voter Expos including the first County Convention, featuring Congresswoman Maxine Waters with 380 attendees, 
• Employed GOTV organizers in low-to-moderate income Black and Brown communities
