Our 2024 Annual Report Is Here

In 2024, the Foundation made exciting progress toward our mission. The FDA approved a new, once-a-day modulator for people with cystic fibrosis, Alyftrek. In addition, we supported clinical trials for transformative treatments for everyone with CF, worked to address ongoing health needs and support tailored care, advocated at the state level, expanded online offerings, and so much more.

Expand Your Impact Beyond CF Awareness Month

As CF Awareness Month comes to a close, we are grateful to everyone in the CF community who celebrated and reminded us of what we can achieve together. However, our work isn't finished until every person with CF can live a long, fulfilling life. Whether you're interested in volunteering with your local chapter, participating in advocacy efforts, connecting with peers, or something else, there are meaningful
ways to get involved ([link removed])
all year long.
