As a father, I always want what's best for my daughter, and making sure she's enrolled in quality childcare is part of that.
I understand that many parents across Pennsylvania struggle to find affordable and high-quality childcare for their children, and I know just how frustrating that can be.
That's why the Shapiro-Davis administration wants to invest $55 million in our early education teachers to help grow the programs that parents rely on.
By increasing education funding and supporting the programs that matter most — like universal free breakfast, mental health support, and school building upgrades — our kids can have the freedom to chart their own course, whatever that looks like for them.
Protecting and investing in public education is how we'll bring PA into the future. As we face massive budget cuts at the federal level to the Department of Education and critical programs like Head Start, it's more important than ever that we fight for our kids' success.
I'll always stand up for public education and affordable child care, but national Republicans have their eyes set on Pennsylvania. We're going to be up against the deep pockets of the far-right, and I'm counting on this grassroots team to power us to victory.
That's why I have to ask: Can you chip in ahead of our critical end-of-month deadline? With all eyes on our state, every dollar makes a huge difference!
Thanks, John!
