I’ve spent my life fighting to protect America’s public lands—from serving as chair of Montana Conservation Voters to helping lead Backcountry Hunters & Anglers.

I’ve hiked our trails, hunted our forests and prairies, and raised my family in the heart of Montana’s public lands. I understand and respect the beauty, power, and importance of this land—and I know what’s at stake should we lose it.

They want to strip protections, gut agencies, auction off our land, and use the proceeds for tax cuts. And they’re hoping you won’t notice, John.

That’s why we created Public Land Warriors—a no-nonsense, swing-district-focused organization built to fight Republicans in the only language they understand: political consequences.

Every Republican lawmaker who stays silent will hear from us. Every Republican in Congress who refuses to stop the onslaught against our public lands will face a daily reckoning funded by you, and we operate on one principle:
