Through the release of the Biden-Hur audio recordings, Judicial Watch’s commitment to government transparency has broken the conspiracy to hide former President Joe Biden’s dementia from the American people wide open.

In February, a federal court ordered the Trump Justice Department to declare whether it intended to continue denying our request for these audio recordings…and that order forced theJustice Department to end the unlawful cover-up of these recordings.

The Biden White House, the pro-Biden media and Biden allies in Congress all lied to theAmerican people about Joe Biden’s cognitive failure, even after his disastrous debate with Donald Trump last summer. What they did was outrageous!

But now, thanks to the brutal reality of the audio recordings of the Biden-Hur interviews, the lying has been exposed and is on the public record…all because of Judicial Watch’s lawsuit!
