I just stopped Trump’s insane tariffs, which were taxes on you and every other American.
With my fellow AG in Oregon, and the support of 10 other Democratic AGs, we challenged Trump’s emergency declaration that he claimed allowed him to impose economy-wrecking tariffs. And a panel of federal judges just agreed, pausing nearly all tariffs. We won this victory for you.
I promised to be a fighter for the people, no matter what, so I’m thrilled to say I led on stopping these tariffs.
