Delegate Josh Thomas is a Marine Combat Veteran, husband, father, attorney, and Delegate. In Richmond, Josh fights for his constituents in District 21, relentlessly working to improve public safety and advocating for a family-first economy prioritizing maternal wellness, world-class healthcare, and affordable housing for young families like his.

Josh believes our responsibility is to ensure that Virginia is a safe and welcoming place for everyone.

Among other things, as Delegate, he has proudly supported the MOMnibus package, which expands Medicaid coverage and empowers midwives to provide critical maternal and newborn care in underserved areas. Not to mention, he also voted in support of our amendment to enshrine reproductive rights into the state constitution.
