Herbert,
Last week, I got the chance to question Secretary of State Marco Rubio when he testified before my committee, the House Foreign Affairs Committee. I threw him a softball.
Would he accept a $200,000 Rolls Royce from a foreign government?
Of course not, he replied.
You can watch our exchange here:

Unfortunately, Rubio’s boss, the President of the United States, doesn’t agree. He greedily solicited -- and then accepted -- a $400 million luxury jet from the Qatari government in direct violation of laws that exist to prevent foreign influence and potential corruption.
I won’t stand for it. I’ve signed my name to legislation that would return the jet to Qatar absent Congressional approval. I’ve also called for the House Oversight Committee to do its job and investigate what this appears to be: a bribe.
