United States: Republican Senator Tommy Tuberville has officially pulled back the curtain on his intention to pursue the role of Alabama governor in 2026.
A steadfast confidant of President Donald Trump, Tuberville rolled out a campaign website rooted in what he describes as “Alabama’s unshakable conservative essence.”
Shortly after dropping the news, Tuberville made his maiden appearance as a gubernatorial hopeful on Fox News' “The Will Cain Show.”
“I’m stepping up for this country and our proud state,” Tuberville shared with conviction. “My past as a football coach taught me how to lead, to build, to rally. We’re not just going to talk—we're going to transform Alabama.”
During the segment, he painted a vivid picture of his goals: luring industry back to the state, halting the chaos of unlawful immigration, reigniting educational excellence, and carving out reasons for young Alabamians to plant roots and thrive in their homeland.
