Kent County saw split results in 2024, swinging red in the presidential but blue in the Senate race. It’s considered a must-win by both parties in 2026.

Oakland County is a diverse suburban county that has leaned Democratic in recent cycles but remains a key target for the far right.

Macomb County is a suburban county near Detroit that went red in 2024’s Senate race and is often seen as a bellwether for the rest of the state.

Winning Michigan’s ultra-competitive Senate race next November will most likely come down to these three counties. However, the state’s Democratic primary isn’t until next August.

Instead of putting Michigan on the back burner, we’re using these crucial months to fill our Michigan War Chest. This way, our eventual nominee can set up robust voter outreach operations in key swing counties ASAP.
