Thurston County Physician Enters Agreed Order

OLYMPIA, WA – In March 2025, the Washington Medical Commission (WMC) entered into an Agreed Order with Thurston County physician Alford N. Vassall (Lic. #60062958).

Vassall was found to have committed unprofessional conduct under RCW 18.130.180 [ [link removed] ] (1,4,7) and (23). Among other terms, Vassall is required to complete CME on communication, boundaries, and trauma-informed care; write a paper; and appear before the WMC. Vassall can petition to terminate the Agreed Order after three years.
