Hi John,

This is a friendly reminder for this Saturday's rally "A National Day of Action for Single Payer Healthcare," which will officially start at 11am at De La Guerra Plaza and conclude around 130pm. This will be a very well attended rally so we are encouraging people to arrive early to find parking.

In addition to healthcare constituting a foundational issue for the DSA, our chapter co-sponsoring this rally with Physicians for a National Health Program (PNHP) makes it a tremendous opportunity for our chapter to grow in notoriety and influence within the greater Santa Barbara Community. Your attendance would be greatly appreciated.

Mobilize, Indivisible, and many other groups are promoting this event so you are bound to meet some interesting fellow lefties. If you have any questions or would like a direct point of contact for the day of, email David W. Tarr ([email protected]) as he will be attending. Otherwise, just keep an eye out for our table and flag. We should be fairly easy to find.
