Friend, I’m sounding the alarm on a scandal that threatens the very foundation of our Republic.

Reports have surfaced that Joe Biden’s administration relied heavily on an autopen to sign critical executive orders, pardons, and other legally binding documents - potentially without his full knowledge or consent.

This is not just an administrative oversight; it’s a dangerous abuse of power that raises serious questions about who was truly running our country during Biden’s presidency.

We must investigate this potential criminal misconduct immediately!

The Oversight Project, a branch of the Heritage Foundation, found that nearly every document bearing Biden’s signature during his term used an identical autopen signature, except for his 2024 campaign withdrawal letter!

This suggests unelected bureaucrats may have exploited Biden’s well-documented cognitive decline to push through radical policies and pardons - like those shielding his Far Left political allies, family members, and even the corrupt January 6 Committee - without his direct approval.

If true, this could render those actions unconstitutional and void, undermining the rule of law.

As a staunch defender of our Constitution and a leader in Congress, I’m joining President Trump in calling for a full-scale investigation to uncover:

• Who controlled the autopen and authorized its use?

• Did Biden personally approve these signatures, or were unelected staffers making decisions behind closed doors?

• Were these actions, including sweeping pardons, executed without the President’s mental capacity or consent, constituting a betrayal of our nation’s trust?

This fight for transparency and accountability requires resources - legal research, public awareness campaigns, and pressure on Washington to act.
