Late last week, right before a holiday weekend, the U.S. House passed their budget bill that slashes Medicaid funding and defunds Planned Parenthood.

It's disgusting, frankly, how they'd rather line the pockets of billionaires than ensure their constituents have basic health care access and coverage.

What do Medicaid cuts look like?

Millions of Americans in red and blue states alike across the country will lose access to the health care they need—particularly people living on low incomes. Funding cuts will have a direct impact on access to health care for the over 70 million Americans who rely on Medicaid.

What is the impact of defunding Planned Parenthood?

Nearly 200 health centers would close, a third of Planned Parenthood's health centers across the country—impacting health centers in states where abortion is legal. Defunding Planned Parenthood means restricting access to abortion, birth control, STI screenings, cancer screenings, and maternal health services for millions of people.
