For the past year, we have been working to stop the North Seattle Lateral Upgrade from being built. Despite the numerous concerns our coalition raised to Snohomish County, and the State Departments of Ecology and Fish and Wildlife, the pipeline is now under construction. Do you live along the pipeline route? (Or know someone who does?) We are looking for a few concerned property owners to help get the word out about this harmful project.
