Dear John,

Today the Supreme Court stated unequivocally that employment discrimination against LGBTQ people is against the law.

Please make a donation today to renew your commitment to justice.

The LGBTQ movement was born out of the bravery of Black and brown transgender women at the Stonewall Uprising and the Compton's Cafeteria Riots. We seek not just equality, but justice for our communities, including Black LGBTQ people who are murdered by the police. It is our moral responsibility to move forward in solidarity with Black leaders.

This ruling only covers employment discrimination, and there is still work to be done. Fuel the fight ahead of us with a donation today.
We need explicit and comprehensive protections under the law that cover employment, housing, public accommodations, and all the ways we exist in the world.
We must end the violence against our community. We are in an epidemic of violence against Black transgender women. Two Black transgender women, Dominique Fells and Riah Milton, were murdered just last week.
We must commit to a policy agenda that centers Black lives, including Black trans lives. We have already begun working with our members on strategy around ending police violence, defunding police, and fighting racism in our movement and under the law.
We must secure comprehensive access to healthcare for transgender people. 33% of trans people cannot afford healthcare, and 23% avoid seeking medical care for fear of being discriminated against.
We must defeat all anti-LGBTQ bills, every single legislative session. We continue to see attacks against LGBTQ people in state legislatures, and this next session will be no different.
Make a donation today and join the fight for equality and justice for all in the communities we all call home.
