When I first ran for Governor, I had never held political office in my life. But I was connected to the people.
My upbringing and life’s journey have allowed me to gain experiences that the establishment doesn’t have. Whether it be because of my military background or family history — I am grounded in my beliefs.
John xxxxxx, it was the people of Maryland that made me Governor, and I will always stand with them. No matter what the Trump administration or the congressional GOP might throw our way, I will fight for the people of our state.
