Susan Collins says she supports LGBTQ+ rights, but she also
voted for Brett Kavanaugh, who was one of the three Supreme Court
Justices to OPPOSE today's SCOTUS ruling that discrimination
against LGBTQ+ workers violates the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

This landmark decision is a ray of light in a dark time, and it
finally makes it illegal anywhere in our country to fire someone
for being LGBTQ+. This is a victory activists have fought hard
for over many years.

Brett Kavanaugh opposed this civil rights decision and would not
be sitting on the Supreme Court without the critical Senate
confirmation vote cast by Susan Collins.

TAKE BACK THE SENATE

Collins has repeatedly said that she does not regret casting her
vote for Kavanaugh. But with her vote Collins failed millions of
Americans -- those seeking equality, those seeking to protect a
woman's right to choose, those who believe Donald Trump should be
held accountable by Congress for his abuse of power -- and the
list goes on.

Susan Collins says she supports equal rights, but that is cold
comfort when she voted for a Justice who does not. Sara Gideon,
will advance our values, not weaken them.

It's wrong for elected officials to turn their backs on
communities who trusted them, but that's exactly what Susan
Collins did when she voted to confirm Brett Kavanaugh. She chose
political expediency over what was right.

The stakes are just too high. It's time to hold Susan Collins
accountable for her record.

Thank you for staying in this fight,
