You are invited! Join the Arlington Chamber of Commerce for our annual State of the County & Public Safety Awards on Thursday, June 26, from 7:30 - 10:00 a.m. at Army Navy Country Club. This community-focused event celebrates Arlington’s achievements, our community’s future, and those who make Arlington a great place to live and work. During the State of the Country & Public Safety Awards, attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the County’s economic and developmental status from the Arlington County Board Chair Takis Karantonis.



This event also pays tribute to our public safety personnel and first responders from Arlington County’s Fire Department, Police Department, Public Safety Communications & Emergency Management, Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, and Sheriff's Office, who have exemplified extraordinary heroic actions and exceptional performance of their duties.

During this year’s event, we will take a moment to recognize and honor the first responders involved in the January 29 incident at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport for their unwavering dedication and bravery and for extraordinary teamwork.
