That’s right - gang members. Protected under the Alien Enemies Act, no less.
Their reasoning? Trump’s administration gave them too little notice before removal - just 24 hours.
Apparently, that's not enough time to file legal challenges.
Here’s my question:
When do American families get 24 hours’ notice before becoming victims of gang violence?
When do our communities get a legal say before foreign criminals are unleashed in their neighborhoods?
The answer is: Never.
But these criminals?
They now have the full power of the federal court system protecting their “due process rights.”
While Alito and Thomas stood tall and dissented, the rest of the Court chose to tie the hands of the Trump administration in a moment when decisive action is needed most.
This is why I fight at the state level - because when the courts betray us, Arizona must lead.
As your Senator, I’ve already:
- Supported legislation to enforce ICE detainers and remove criminal aliens
- Backed Trump’s military border zone
- Fought to cut off sanctuary cities and stop cartel-linked infiltration
- Pushed for voter-roll cleanup and proof-of-citizenship laws
But I need your help to stay in this fight. Because every time Trump takes a step forward, the courts and career politicians push us two steps back.
The Left will do anything to delay enforcement, protect criminals, and undermine national security - and they’re just getting started.
Hobbs is blocking us in Arizona, and now the courts are blocking Trump in Washington.
I will not stand by while violent foreign nationals are shielded by legal loopholes and judicial cowardice. I will stand with Trump - and with you.
