Donald Trump has formally accepted a $400 million private jet from the Qatari royal family — a gift that ABC News says may be “the most valuable ever extended to the United States from a foreign government.”

Trump is probably planning to use this new luxury Boeing 747-8 as his personal version of Air Force One, and his administration is greenlighting billions in arms sales to the Qatari government in return — including nearly $2 billion in advanced drones.

Let’s be clear: This isn’t diplomacy. It’s arms-dealing. It’s dangerous. And it may very well be unconstitutional.

We need to act immediately. The Senate has the authority to block these weapons deals — and Senator Chris Murphy is preparing to force a vote to stop them. But he can’t do it alone.

Will you sign on now to demand your Senators block arms sales to any foreign government involved in Trump’s personal business dealings?

This isn’t just about one private jet. It’s about national security, democratic accountability, and sending a clear message: The U.S. presidency cannot be bought.
