May we, as Abraham Lincoln said at Gettysburg, “highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain—that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom—and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.” BATFE Allows MI CPL & LTP as QAPs for FFLs Michigan's Concealed Pistol License and License to Purchase are now recognized as Qualifying Alternative Permits for the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) check required by Federal Firearm Licensees (FFLs).
