Dear supporters,

I know it’s Saturday, but the 10 Commandments, babies and parental rights need your help today! We need prayer and your financial support! You see, our Texas Values team, including me, are at the Texas Capitol today. Senate Bill 10 is the Texas Ten Commandments bill that is scheduled for a full House vote, that if passed today would mean that we can display a copy of the 10 Commandments in every public school classroom in Texas ( there are over 9,000 schools in Texas)!! Senate Bill 10 has already passed the Senate so if the Texas House passes it, it’s headed to Gov. Greg Abbott’s desk to be signed into law! I think we can all agree that kids and our society today needs this daily reminder of the foundations of our laws and country, not the liberal political views that are out of control and have led to LGBT Drag Queens in public schools lately instead of basic truths. Watch this CBN interview where Texas Values was featured on the Texas Ten Commandments bill.

I also know it’s Memorial Day weekend but there are only a few days left in the Texas Legislative Session and the Texas House  (and Senate) are working and taking votes today and on Sunday so we can have enough time to pass the Texas Ten Commandments bill (by Senator King/Rep. Noble), parental rights in school bills (SB 12 & SB 13) and a major pro-life bill (SB 2880 – stops tax dollars being used to fly women to other states for abortions).

So, our team is working overtime because we don’t stop fighting for faith, family and freedom until the Texas Legislative session is actually over (on June 2, 2025). There’s still time! But we can’t do it without you. We are the only faith and family organization in Texas that has a member of our team at the Texas Capitol every day of the Texas Legislative session. That takes a lot of resources. Give today to Texas Values to fund our research and legal expertise and give today to Texas Values Action to fund our unlimited lobbying efforts at the Texas Capitol. If everyone on this email donates $10 or more, we can raise over $100,000 today to help us finish strong and pass amazing Texas laws before its too late and before we have to wait until 2027 to start over!!
