And let me tell you: that didn’t happen by accident. It’s because we challenge our students, value our teachers, and invest in learning early. From expanding pre-K to fully funding public schools to making college more affordable, we’re putting in the work to ensure every child has a shot at success here in New Jersey.

For me, this is personal. I grew up in a family that was middle-class on a good day. I put myself through college with part-time jobs and student loans. Education opened many doors for me — and I’m committed to making sure it does the same for every New Jerseyan.
