Have you heard the great news? Today the Supreme Court ruled that no American can be discriminated against in the workplace because of their sexual orientation or gender identity.

We owe this major victory to the millions of Americans who have been fighting for decades to achieve equal rights for LGBTQ people. Stephanie is proud to be an advocate for those Americans in Congress. Last year she co-sponsored the EQUALITY Act in the House, which would have delivered the protections that were finally won today. But we still have much more to do to achieve full equality under the law.

Even as we celebrate this great milestone today, there are powerful forces working against this progress. Just a few days ago the Trump administration threw out a regulation that prohibits discrimination in health care against transgender patients -- meaning it is now legal to deny health services to transgender people. Our fight is far from over and we have to come at it from all sides.

As long as Stephanie is in Congress she will continue to combat the Trump administration's and other Republicans' harmful and homophobic policies. Of course, the GOP is eager to take Stephanie's seat in Congress so they can stop her progress on rights for LGBTQ people and other important issues. Right now they're pouring in big money and resources to make it happen, making this the toughest election Stephanie has faced.

If we want to keep advancing equal rights -- and prevent the rollback of existing rights -- we need to keep Stephanie in Washington fighting for us. Will you chip in now to make sure Stephanie wins re-election?
