Annual Conference Note - Any appointed clergy are required to attend. If you need to be absent, you must have permission from the DS and the Bishop.
You are warmly invited to a special Cultural Dinner hosted by the Intercultural Pastors’ Fellowship during the Annual Conference on Thursday, June 5th. This unique event will celebrate the rich diversity of our conference with a variety of traditional dishes from many cultures.
Four guests from each District are invited to the dinner and we would love for you to be part of this joyful gathering.

Since Campbell is moving, we have blue adult choir robes and stoles as well as red children's choir robes to give to any church that can use them. They have the cross and flame so we cannot leave them for the church buying our building. We also have some hymnals if anyone needs those. 3 or 4 crates of UMC hymnals were "donated" to a volunteer org in Bolivar. I was contacted by one of the volunteers concerning the books. See if I could find a home for them. Do we know of any UMC that could use these pre-loved hymnals? [email protected] Please put Attention Melanie
The Church in Diamond is wondering if there are any area churches that would need any sets of paraments for the altar or United Methodist Hymnals. We have a virtually brand new set (and some older pieces) that they would love to see go to a church that could use them. We also have a large number of hymnals that could use a home.
