Friend --

192 days.

That's how many days Mitch McConnell has been refusing to allow action on H.R.
4, a bill that would restore the Voting Rights Act.

The Voting Rights Act -- a bipartisan-supported voter protection law that has
been repeatedly proven to combat voter suppression, particularly protecting
Black voters -- was most recently reauthorized in Congress in 2006 and then
completely gutted by the Supreme Court in 2013.

Given the renewed voter suppression efforts we've seen this primary season in
Wisconsin and, just last week, in Georgia, it is unconscionable that Mitch
McConnell is killing this bill by keeping it buried and off the Senate floor.

For the sake of our democracy, we cannot let this happen.

Add your name today to demand Mitch McConnell bring H.R. 4 to the Senate
floor to restore the Voting Rights Act before the upcoming November election.

Thank you for raising your voice against voter suppression.

Sincerely,
