As a pediatrician, Kim has spent her entire career using fact-based, practical solutions to care for her patients. And as a medical professional, Kim has a duty to prioritize the health of our children based on reality—not conspiracy theories.
But now, Trump-appointed Health and Human Services Secretary and conspiracy theorist Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is rolling out his “Make America Healthy Again” (MAHA) report. And it’s as dangerous as it sounds.
The report blames “overprescribing” medication for childhood chronic illnesses, lumping in life-saving vaccines and mental health medication for children as bad practices. He’s calling for a full study to review childhood vaccination timelines–something that would completely upend our already safe and effective schedule of vaccines for kids.
This is the same anti-vaccine nonsense that RFK Jr. has been peddling for years. As a medical professional, Kim isn't going to be silent as RFK pushes pseudoscience over fact-based medical decisions.
Vaccines save lives, full stop. Yet because more and more parents have already fallen victim to the GOP’s fear-mongering tactics, we're seeing once eradicated diseases like measles, mumps, whooping cough, and even polio reemerge with devastating consequences.

And right now, his position is to give unscientific ideas a government seal of approval. This isn't just reckless, it's beyond dangerous.
RFK Jr. is NOT fit for this job, just like Trump isn’t qualified to be appointing his extremist allies and conspiracy theorists to high-ranking government positions. More than ever before, we need leaders who will stand up for science and protect our families—not those who push pseudoscience and conspiracy theories onto our children.
