Celebration and Anticipation

John,

This has been a week of back-to-back conservative victories, both in DC and at
home.

Indiana’s Republican delegation ran on President Trump’s America First agenda,
and yesterday, they delivered. The passage of the One, Big, Beautiful Bill
marks a historic moment: moving forward the largest tax cut in American history
and decisive action to secure our southern border. This is what Republican
leadership looks like: keeping promises, defending American workers, and
setting the stage for a Trump economic boom that will not only match but exceed
the success of his first term.

Senator Jim Banks joined President Trump to announce the Golden Dome, which
will not only secure our nation's safety for generations to come, but provide
well paying jobs to Hoosiers across our state.

Just today, Governor Braun announced that the USDA signed his waiver to remove
sugary drinks and candy from the taxpayer funded SNAP program, setting us on
the path to Make Indiana Healthy Again!

I join countless Hoosiers in anticipation of the Indy 500, as more than 1 in
1000 Americans and spectators from across the world arrive in our capital. As
the daughter of a former race car driver, I wait all year for the greatest
spectacle in racing, and as your Chairwoman, I couldn't imagine a better way to
showcase all that our state has to offer.

As always, thank you for being a part of our team. Please feel free to reach
out if there's anything I can assist with.

Lana Keesling, Indiana GOP Chairwoman

What's he saying: "Indiana is proud to lead the way in the Make America
Healthy Again agenda by making this common sense move to return the
Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program to its intended purpose: nutrition."
