I wanted to reach out one last time before the weekend. 

We launched this campaign just last month – and the energy we’ve seen so far has been incredible. From day one, we’ve been building something real: a grassroots campaign powered by working people, and grounded in the values of the Central Valley.

But here’s the reality: 

• CA-22 is one of the most competitive districts in the nation. President Biden won here by double digits. Democrats outnumber Republicans. And national analysts just downgraded my opponent’s chances of holding this seat.


• That’s why the attacks are already starting. This month, a GOP dark money Super PAC – the American Action Network – announced it would begin spending in this district within the week to prop up my opponent David Valadao.

I’m not taking a dime from corporate PACs – and I never will. That means we rely on people like you to power this campaign and respond when these kinds of attacks come our way.
