When I founded Voting Rights Fund, I did it because I’ve seen firsthand what happens when people in power try to make it harder for others to vote. It’s affected me, it’s affected people I know, and it’s affected millions of Americans across the country.

From voter ID laws to gerrymandering to attacks on election workers—there’s no question that our democracy is under real and growing threat. Too often, the most impacted are women, people of color, young voters, and working families.

I created Voting Rights Fund to fight back and to fight for our democratic process. We endorse pro-democracy champions, help fund their campaigns, and go toe-to-toe with those trying to silence voters.
