Hi John,
Early Thursday morning the House passed their dirty budget bill by just one vote. This bill, among other harmful things, will effectively end incentives for clean energy and electric vehicles, raise electricity costs for businesses and families and increase harmful pollution in communities across the country.
Now the fight turns to the Senate.
Even though the House pushed through a reckless bill, we cannot afford to lose steam. We need to continue to make our voices heard and demand the Senate stop these harmful provisions from moving forward.
Reach out to your Senators now asking them to do what’s right and stand up for less pollution, cleaner air and more affordable energy.

Among the bill’s many harmful provisions are sweeping attacks on vehicle standards aimed at reducing expensive fuel use and tailpipe pollution, local efforts promoting cleaner air around schools and ports, and a near full repeal of the tax credits that help the U.S. produce some of the world’s cleanest energy.
The bill props up the largest polluting oil and gas companies, while being an ugly mess for companies and workers, families and communities. This is not the climate progress our country needs.
We need your help to fight back against this anti-environmental agenda and show our senators we need them to protect our health and planet.
Send a message to your Senators now.
Thank you for all that you do,
Wes Rogerson
