friend,

In solidarity with the Movement For Black Lives’ call to action, UnKoch My Campus is demanding that both public and private universities and colleges across the country take immediate action to divest from police. It’s time to kick cops off our campuses.

UnKoch My Campus has created a toolkit to help students create targeted letter-writing campaigns to call on their respective institutions to cut ties with police, envision a future without police presence on campus, and use public records requests to better understand their school’s relationship with the police.

We need you to call on your school or alma mater to immediately cut ties with the police. As calls for action spring up across the country, we will amplify visions from Black-led student organizations for the ways in which students wish to see police budgets reallocated to other resources on their campuses.

UnKoch My Campus is a cooperative campaign dedicated to disrupting corporate influence on campuses nationwide by equipping campus activists with education, skills, and ecosystems of solidarity. The Koch network is leveraging its donations to colleges and universities to bolster its corporate agenda to halt action on climate change, put hundreds of thousands of people in prison, deny millions of people healthcare, and strip rights and wages from workers globally. We're building a mass movement of young people who are dedicated to disrupting this harm.
