President Trump's sweeping reform bill passed the House and heads to the Senate

President Trump’s “Big, Beautiful Bill” has passed through the U.S. House of Representatives.
This is the “mega” tax-spending-border-energy-defense reform bill the White House and Congress have worked on since January.

Among the conservative highlights:
Permanently extends the 2017 Trump tax cuts
Eliminates taxes on tips or overtime work
Increases the Child Tax Credit
$150 billion to rebuild our national defense,
$25 billion for Trump’s “Golden Dome” national missile defense system
$175 billion for border security
New work requirements for Medicaid beneficiaries
Defunds Planned Parenthood
Prohibits funding “gender-affirming care”
Repeals Joe Biden’s Green-New-Deal tax credits
New tax on immigrants' remittance payments
New $1,000 TRUMP savings accounts for newborn babies
REINS Act to end unaccountable Deep State lawmaking
$1.6 trillion in total budget savings
As you know, the bill is far from perfect.
Even if this legislation becomes law, taxes, spending, and regulations will still need to be cut. More work must be done to drain The Swamp, rebuild our military, and rescue our country.
But SCF commends House conservatives who stood up all spring to fight to make this bill as good as it is. And now we fully support Senate conservatives’ work to make the bill even better in the coming weeks.
But the House vote is still a HUGE win for conservatives. The long, hard, generational work of putting America first is finally underway.
