This summer, thousands of us will be gathering in central London to take part in The Climate Coalition’s mass lobby of parliament ([link removed]) ! It’s a critical opportunity to talk to MPs about how the debt and climate crises are linked – and to call for urgent action on debt.

A mass lobby is when thousands of us come together on the same day to speak to our MPs about the issues we care about. It can be hugely powerful – and we know it works. People coming together face-to-face with their MPs can shape decisions and build long-term relationships.

With your help, friend, we can do it again. Join us on 9 July and let’s show our MPs that right across the UK, people want them to act.

If you’ve not taken action in this way before, don’t worry! We’ll be there every step of the way. We can offer training and support, and put you in touch with other people in your area who want to get involved.

For those who cannot be there on the day, we will provide ways to take action online to make sure your message gets to your MP.

Millions of people around the world are being denied justice because their countries are trapped in debt. It’s an injustice that’s colliding with the climate emergency to wreak havoc in lower-income countries.

This summer, we have a big opportunity to tell our MPs directly about why action on the debt crisis is so urgent – and why it matters for the climate. With your help, we can make this the year we Cancel Debt, Choose Hope.
