Are you a religious extremist looking to ban safe abortion and endanger women’s lives? SCOTUS!

Are you a politician drawing a rigged map so you can’t possibly lose re-election? SCOTUS!

Are you a fossil fuel executive sick of being told you can’t drill for oil in national parks? SCOTUS!

Are you a president DESPERATE to shred the Constitution as fast as possible? SCOTUS!

Folks, for the past two decades, the Far Right has been enacting a quiet plot to seize control of our judicial system, right up to the Supreme Court.

These days, the MAGA Supreme Court is little more than a rubber stamp. They're beholden to a shadowy network of religious extremists and billionaires who lavish them with expensive “gifts” and political favors.

In return, SCOTUS is eroding the power of democratically-elected leaders until the megayacht class controls every aspect of American life.

In other words, a slow-moving coup.

During the last Congress, I introduced a bill to create a new impartial court to handle most cases involving the federal government.

Of course, this long-overdue legislation wouldn’t even get off the ground under our current leadership. The first step toward repairing our broken justice system is to replace the MAGA majority with leaders who respect the laws of this country.

That may sound like a huge hurdle, but Democrats are overperforming in races across the country – even in the reddest enclaves. That’s why I’m asking you to chip in $25 to keep this surge of anti-MAGA victories going strong through 2025 and 2026. [[link removed]]
