John,

House Republicans just passed their tax plan for the wealthy and the connected. And surprise, surprise: it’s exactly what Donald Trump asked for.

They want to hand out massive tax breaks to billionaires and big corporations — and stick working families with the bill.

Here’s what they’re planning to cut to pay for it:

>> Medicaid — $698 billion slashed, putting healthcare for millions at risk.

>> SNAP (food assistance) — $267 billion cut, threatening families’ ability to put food on the table and threatening farmers who provide resources for these programs.

>> Medicare — over $500 billion cut, hurting seniors who rely on it.

>> Clean energy programs — gutted, threatening hundreds of thousands of jobs and slowing climate progress.

Meanwhile, working families get stuck with higher grocery prices, rising costs for everyday essentials, and fewer resources.

And for what?

All so Trump’s wealthy friends can get another tax break they don’t need…?

We’re already feeling the pain of higher prices at the grocery store, rising costs for families, and small businesses trying to stay afloat because of Trump’s tariffs. Now, Republicans want to pull the rug out from under millions of Americans. I’m fighting like hell to stop this.

But with a Republican majority in the House and Senate, and Trump calling the shots in the Oval Office, nothing is guaranteed.

Will you chip in $5 today to help me fight back now? >> [link removed]
