Dear John,

I’m writing with my heart still racing. The last 48 hours in Geneva have been a whirlwind—and you deserve to know exactly what we achieved together.

So late Monday night, they did it — with no transparency, no schedule, and barely half the room present — 124 countries approved the treaty in a last-minute committee session.

No debate. No objections allowed. Just a desperate push to save face before the whole thing fell apart.

And then yesterday … They sealed the deal.

Yes, the WHO did push the treaty through and formally stamped it “adopted”—but only after a frantic, last-minute scramble that gutted their original plans.

They couldn’t risk another defeat and public humiliation, so what passed is a watered-down, half-finished version that looks nothing like the sweeping, dangerous draft we first confronted.

I will unpack below why their so-called “victory” is anything but.

But before I dive into the details, take a look at this short video I filmed right outside the UN—minutes after the vote. The news had just broken, our protest was at full volume, and this clip captures exactly what the atmosphere felt like on the ground.

Watch here:

And just so we’re clear—this fight is nowhere near over. In many ways, it’s only just beginning.

Here’s the part almost no one back home has heard yet:

The WHO just rubber-stamped a treaty that isn’t even finished.

Yes, you read that right. One of its core pillars—the Pathogen Access and Benefit-Sharing (PABS) annex—wasn’t ready. PABS decides who controls vaccine supplies, patent rights, virus samples—everything. This is central to how the treaty works. Countries couldn’t agree, so they kicked the decision to 2026.

Instead of delaying the whole treaty again, the WHO rushed through a half‑baked text and declared victory.

That’s desperation, not triumph.

I know, right? Pretty pathetic, if you ask me.

Why the rush? Because they had no choice.

The WHO is bleeding donors. The U.S.—its biggest funder—walks away in 2026.

Their credibility is in free-fall.

Three years and millions of dollars later, they had to show something—so they settled for a shell of their original plan.

It was a clear sign of panic and weakness.
And I want you to know this, John:
It was YOU who made them sweat.
Two years ago, this treaty lurked in the shadows.
Together, you and I dragged it into the spotlight and turned it into one of the most disputed global deals on the planet.

- In the meantime, over 3 million people like you, have signed our petitions.
- We brought countries like the U.S. and Argentina out of the WHO.
- We forced delay after delay, and exposed every draft they tried to sneak through.
- We helped force key changes into the text — including a ‘sovereignty clause’.

That clause? That wasn’t there in the original drafts. It was meant to lull governments into signing—but thanks to your pressure, it was added and now gives us a powerful legal lever: every country can invoke it to opt out entirely.
Just like so many other improvements in the document, we fought so hard to achieve.
And ironically, the only reason this watered-down version passed is because we pushed so hard.
Even the worst censorship language was softened. That’s a direct result of public pressure. Yours and mine.
You should have seen Geneva this week.
Swiss police tried to block our Freedom Buses at the border—permits in hand. They threatened fines, ordered us to turn back. We rolled in anyway.
Because when freedom’s on the line, we don’t back down.
So, what now?

- The treaty was adopted — but can’t be signed yet.
- Every country must then ratify it domestically.
- The dangerous PABS (Pathogen Access and Benefit-Sharing) annex is still in limbo, with negotiations pushed to 2026.
- More than 50 dangerous measures from the original draft were cut altogether—including broad censorship powers, mandatory data sharing, sweeping emergency authorities, and other overreaches that vanished thanks to public pressure.
- The WHO is collapsing - not just financially, but with what happened here, their credibility is falling faster than ever.

And all of this was because of YOU.
So that was the most pressing news for now — give me a moment to catch my breath.
I’ll be back very soon with the full story, all the details and everything that went down behind the scenes, and what we’re planning next.
I remain positive and hopeful. Of course, it wasn’t the outcome I wanted -things are going to be more difficult moving forward– but there is still good news.
There’s time. There’s a path. And there’s still everything to fight for.

- We’ll fight this in parliaments, in media, in public squares.
- We’ll block it clause by clause, signature by signature.
- And we’ll never stop until this power grab is buried for good.
From the frontline in Geneva — with immense gratitude,

P.S. What happened in Geneva shows just how much our movement rattles the WHO. They rushed through a half-finished treaty, blocked our buses, and threatened fines—because they fear what we’ve built together.

Your support put us in the streets, inside negotiation rooms, and on every delegate’s radar. Now the fight moves to parliaments, courts, and public squares around the world. We’ll need staying power for each new round.
