* Ban Medicaid coverage of gender-affirming healthcare for all trans people
* Exclude transition-related healthcare for trans people of all ages from being covered under Essential Health Benefits (EHB) in state marketplace plans
As reported by the Williams Institute, 1 in 5 trans adults in the U.S. are enrolled in Medicaid. That’s over a quarter-million people whose health care is now on the line.
