While Parliament debated Britain’s future, Nigel Farage was already on holiday in France. A key architect of the Brexit chaos, he wouldn’t show his face at an important debate on fixing it.
He said he was taking a much-needed break. But only from his responsibilities as an MP – he didn’t take a break from fundraising.

We’ve spoken a lot about the threats of a weak democracy – and how Farage is exploiting it for personal gain.
Some called it melodramatic when we launched our Stop Farage campaign last October with an image of him outside Downing Street. But the results of this month’s elections and his consistent lead in the polls prove we cannot afford to be complacent.

He’s doing everything he can to make our broken democratic system work for him.
🗳️ Benefitting from an archaic First Past The Post (FPTP) electoral system, designed to give big majorities on a minority of the vote in a two-party politics.
😒 Exploiting and even pro voter apathy, positioning himself as not just a protest vote but someone who brings change. We saw how that went with Brexit.
🤑 Courting dark money and foreign donations, including the backing of billionaires like Elon Musk.
📱 Spreading disinformation on social media, fuelling hate, division and anger for his own ends.
He’s not playing fair, but we won’t beat him by stooping to his level. We need to force Farage to fight fair.
