Dear John,

Bombings, harassment, destruction, violence. These are what people who are seeking access and working at reproductive health care clinics face. That’s why Congress passed the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act over 30 years ago — to protect patients, providers, and communities.

Now, those protections are under attack.

Just days after a fertility clinic was bombed in California, Representative Chip Roy (R-TX) reintroduced legislation to fully repeal the FACE Act. This is part of a coordinated effort to dismantle federal protections and open the door to even more violence at clinics.

Just this January, Donald Trump pardoned 23 anti-abortion extremists convicted of FACE Act violations, including individuals who violently invaded a D.C. clinic, injuring staff and blocking patients from care.

Emboldened by political leaders, national anti-abortion groups are openly calling to repeal the FACE Act, stripping away one of the last federal safeguards for abortion access.

The message is clear: clinic violence will be tolerated, even excused.

Add your name now to defend the FACE Act and demand its full enforcement.

Repealing the FACE Act would enable even more violence and intimidation at clinics and send a message that anti-abortion harassment comes without consequences.

Sign the petition to show you stand with abortion providers, clinic staff, and every patient seeking care.

Sincerely,

Jessica Ensley
Sr. Vice President of Outreach, Reproaction

P.S. Call your representative and tell them to reject Chip Roy’s efforts to repeal the FACE Act.
