We've ramped up the number of emails and texts we've sent in the last few days, so we thought you deserved an explanation about why that is - and why these messages are so important.

Here it goes:

Starting with the obvious, this is going to be one of the closest and most expensive Senate races of the next election. There is a very good chance it is the most expensive Senate race ever.

Jon Ossoff is the only Democratic Senator up for an election in a state won by Donald Trump. That makes him MAGA's #1 target.

But that spending isn't a year away, it's starting now. Republicans are already raising huge sums of money to defeat Jon, and we're already getting attacked in ads.

Now when you look at the way we fund our campaign, it isn't with seven and eight figure checks these outside groups get. It's from lots and lots of people making small donations. And there is no single greater source of those donations than emails like this.

In just a few days, we'll close the books on our May fundraising drive. And the truth is, ever since Marjorie Taylor Greene said she wasn't running, our fundraising has slowed.

So we need to pick it up to reach our goals. Goals that aren't arbitrary but numbers we need to reach to win. So we're turning to you now with a humble request:

Can you please contribute $5, or whatever it is that you can afford today, directly to Jon Ossoff's campaign for U.S. Senate in Georgia? Believe us, we would not crowd your inbox if these messages and requests were not so important.
