John —

Wiley has been hot on the campaign trail with energy and purpose. So we wanted to update you on one of his many stops across North Carolina.

On a bright day in Greensboro, Wiley stood shoulder to shoulder with thousands of dedicated community members at the 50501 No Kings! rally to defend our rights and freedoms. The streets of downtown Greensboro were overflowing with activists, community leaders, small business owners, educators, caretakers, and more with signs that said “Stand up, fight back, resist,” and “No kings.” These messages are a powerful rebuke to the Trump administration’s policies that threaten our democracy.

Wiley was deeply moved by the personal stories shared during the rally, especially those focusing on safeguarding essential programs like Social Security and our national parks from harmful cuts. These narratives underscored the necessity of holding our leaders accountable.

The event also fostered community connections. Participants donated children's books, planting seeds of empowerment and encouraging future generations to learn and grow. As the event wrapped up, attendees signed up to volunteer and continue the fighting for fairness and transparency.

The rally was a glimpse of the future we're fighting for — and your continued support will help us build it.

Together, we can ensure that the values celebrated at the rally spreads throughout our state and across the country.
